This website, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or through this website (collectively, the “Website”) is provided by the Indonesian Public Tax Consultants Association (hereinafter referred to as “AKP2I”, “we”, or “us”). Your access to and use of the Website is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and using the Website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, and agree to be bound by them. 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

6.1 Governing Law

All matters relating to the Website, Website Content, and these Terms, as well as any disputes or claims arising from or related to them (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

6.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Website Content shall be brought exclusively in the South Jakarta District Court, Indonesia, or any other court having jurisdiction over the territory of Jakarta, Indonesia.

6.3 Time Limitations

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE WEBSITE CONTENT MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES; OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
